Are there any costs for candidates?
No, none whatsoever. The Employment Services Act prohibits agencies from charging jobseekers any fees.
Am I Guaranteed a Job?
No. Although we do our best, unfortunately, we are not able to assist everyone. A great deal depends on what roles are available, your skill set and a host of other factors.
How Often Should I Check In?
We will contact you if a suitable role becomes available that warrants discussion. However, we welcome candidates reaching out to us so please feel free to pop an email through to one of our consultants if necessary. Generally, a check-in once every few months or if anything changes is appreciated.
Will You Contact My Current Employer?
No! We fully understand the sensitivity around looking for a new role and we will never contact your current employer without your express consent.
Do You Check References and Do Background Screening?
Yes, we do. You should be prepared to undergo the standard background-checking procedures. Your consultant will elaborate further.
